Media Cause Account Managers are responsible for accelerating the growth and impact of organizations doing good in the world. They have four primary roles:

  1. Create digital marketing and communications strategies for nonprofits, social enterprises, schools, and good causes.
  2. Execute those strategies flawlessly using social media, email, search marketing, digital content, and paid ads.
  3. Review data and optimize performance regularly to ensure clients goals are reached
  4. Manage client relationships and happiness.

The ideal candidate has 5-6 years of experience across both nonprofits and digital marketing industries.

Skills & Experience Required:

» Industry thought leader, capable of writing 1-2 blog posts per month to share digital marketing and campaigning tips with the nonprofit sector

» Nonprofit fundraising, both evergreen and campaign specific

» Google Adwords setup and optimization (search, contextual, and retargeting)

» Google Analytics dashboard creation and insight reporting

» Organic Social Media posting and community management

» Paid Social Media Ad management: Facebook and Twitter

» Email marketing strategy and copywriting

» Content marketing strategy and execution

» Good understanding of SEO

» Data driven approach A/B testing and cross-channel optimization experience

» Excellent verbal and written communication skills

» Experience managing multiple clients at once in a fast-paced environment

» Track record of thinking outside the box for innovative ways for nonprofits to use all digital platforms platforms to achieve their goals.
